JOEL EZEQUIEL BANDA, passed away on March 24, 2018 in El Paso, Texas. He is survived by His loving son Joel Ignacio, His loving daughters Annette and Angela Rene, His loving Parents Dolores y Ezequiel, His brother Bogar and His sisters Rocio and Liz.

There will be a visitation on Tuesday April 3rd, 2018 at Perches West Location starting at 3 pm to 9 pm, with a Rosary at 6pm. Cremation will follow after services.
